From Dick Clark's personal collection, to THE BEATLES COLLECTION, this is the
rarest of all Beatles toy guitar's. This guitar was a prototype made in the mid 1960's,
by SELTAEB, Inc. Sinclair Oil, had the idea to murchandise a Beatles toy guitar as a
promotional givaway for there gas stations. This prototype was never produced due to
the fact that the stickers would not stay on the guitar. Later, this guitar found its way
to one of the executives of Capitol Records. Soon after, the executive past away, the
guitar found its way to Dick Clark's collection. The guitar was put up on Auction,
and is now part of THE BEATLES COLLECTION.
This guitar measures 12 inches long and is 4 1/2 inches wide, and the body is
about 3/4 inches thick. It has nylon strings and 4 workable tuning pegs.
